ABOUT PERSONAL TRAINING
Personal trainers possess the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to design safe and effective fitness programs. They instruct and assist people in reaching personal health and fitness goals.
Fitnesto Club provides both individual and group trainings, on a regular basis. We have a time tested approach for tailoring each specific program for each specific trainee. So regardless of what your workout routine and end goals are, we will adapt ourselves to be of the most service to you!
1) Personal training with light weights lasts for 2 hours and can be organized 1-5 days per week. It is recommended for beginners.
2) Personal training with heavy weights can be organized 2-3 times per week and lasts for an hour due to its intensiveness. Recommended for well-trained people.
