Monday
Level 1 Yoga
10 AM - 12:30 PM
While it is suitable for beginners, it is also for those working with an injury (tell the teacher first) and more seasoned practitioners.
Stretching
1 PM - 2:30 PM
Improve the flexibility of your joints and muscles with our stretch classes. Our experienced fitness instructors will lead you through a series of stretches.
Level 2 Yoga
2:30 PM - 4 PM
Level 2 classes assume a working knowledge of yoga. It might proceed a little bit quicker but time will still be spent working in each pose.
Group Core
4 PM - 4.30 PM
30-minute athletic and functional core strength workout.A strong core, from your shoulders to your hips, will improve your athletic performance, will help prevent back pain and will give you ripped abs!
Iyenga Yoga
5 PM - 6 PM
A form of Hatha Yoga that has an emphasis on detail, precision, and alignment in the performance of posture (asana) and breath control (pranayama).
Tuesday
Level 1 Yoga
